Refund policy
We hope you love your olive oil. If for any reason you don’t, unopened and unused bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For safety and quality reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, do not ship back damaged item(s). Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at ahlan@judurcollective.com. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and shipping destination to ensure accurate delivery costs. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days during holidays, as delays may occur.
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we grow.
