Judur farmers follow traditional, organic practices rather than industrial-scale methods. Our olives come from rain-fed trees, hand-picked at peak harvest and cold-pressed within hours to ensure the highest quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Our olive oil is unblended, unfiltered, and contains no additives or preservatives.

Our olives come from family and community groves in the Salfit region of Palestine. We maintain full traceability from grove to bottle.

Cold-pressed, means our olive oil is extracted at low temperatures to preserve natural antioxidants, polyphenols, and fresh flavor. Single-origin, ensures consistent quality, traceability, and a unique flavor profile that reflects its terroir. Most store-bought EVOO is blended from multiple countries, regions, and harvest years losing freshness, traceability, and character along the way.

Store olive oil in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light. Always keep the bottle tightly closed.

Our olive oil is best consumed within 24 months from harvest for optimal flavor and freshness. Each Judur bottle includes the harvest date and best-by date.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we grow.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and will be calculated during checkout.

Unopened and unused bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety and quality reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned. You can review our full return policy here.

Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
